internet explorer browser will not go to page I set it at

My computer must have some sort of virus. My daughter
downloaded a new program for aim and ever since there
were tons of popups and now I see, I have internet
connection but the browser can not find the page. It
clicks 20 times going to different websites on its own
and they all contain the wording daily winner. I ran
noadware and it deleted some things and I even deleted a
file that was supposedly a virus but I still have the
same problem. what do i do?

Noadware is compounding your problem,it installs it's own ads on your system,
best to uninstall it ASAP!.
