Internet Explorer Box Too Small

When I click on my school district's web site and click on email, the box
that opens up is too narrow. I am always having to drag it and make it bigger
so that I can enter my username and password. How do I adjust this box such
that when it opens it is automatically bigger and I don't have to adjust it?
I am tired of adjusting it every time I want to check my email. My wife's
computer is the same as mine and when we enter my school district's web site
and click on email, the box that opens is bigger. No adjustments are
necessary.

I'll await your responses...

IE version? Windows version?

Windows XP Pro (Media Center Edition) and IE 6.

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.

This is the important part:
Close all other IE windows.
Then
Close the stretched window.

If that doesn't do it try the REG file here:
