Internet explorer as default browser

Hi!!
I'm trying to set the Internet Explorer as the default
browser Ei;when I click on a website on an e-mail I want
Internet explorer to open it, not the other internet
browser, how can I set it??

internet options
programs
make desired settings.
reset web settings button to start.
