Click Start - Run and type MSCONFIG. Click the Startup tab and de-select
those items you don't want to appear.

Sorry, no idea.

1 How do I make things not start on the start up tray when my computer
starts...

Go to "All Programs"
Right Click on the "Start Up" menu
Select "Open"
In the Explorer window delete the shortcuts that you don't want to run on
Starting the Computer.

2 My internet works but some pages wont change. Like netscape.com has had

F5 or Ctrl+F5 the should refresh the web page, if that doesn't do anything
then that "MAY" mean that Netscape isn't updating it's site. Try going to
www.msn.com or www.msnbc.com site that get updated daily.
