This problem relates to both Outlook and Windows Internet Explorer. When I
attempt to open either program an error message appears stating that "Microsoft
Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." I am prompted to Send Error Report or Cancel. I have tried
dozens of times to get Outlook started, but receive this message box every time
and cannot get Outlook to load. The Error Report contains the error signature
as follows:
