Is it possible to get Internet Explorer to display the Korean characters?
Where can I download a language pack to do this? At the moment, Korean
characters display as funny text and I would like the characters to display
correctly, not jibbereish. Thanks

Windows version?

When you're viewing a page in Korean, what are your settings at View >
Encoding?

Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2
The View > Encoding allows Korean and Korean(EUC)
With it set to either of these, webpage displays korean, but another page
that displays something similar to End user license agreement in a Form box
will show characters that are not English nor Korean. Is there a setting in
Windows XP that I need to change in order to get the Form box text to display
in Korean?
