In IE:
1) Click Tools, then Internet Options
2) On the General tab, in Delete Temporary Internet files.
3) Select Settings, then View Objects
4) Delete any items on the list that do *not* have "Installed" listed as
"unknown" or "damaged" under Status
(Note: is the Flash plug-in one of those listed as damaged?)
5) Click OK, and accept your way out.

Now try a sight needing the Flash plug-in.... depending on the results of
the above, it will either load fine, or prompt you to get the plug-in.

Regards

Thanks...okay one more question...it now pops up a box
saying its ready to download it but nothing happens
except it say it could not install how do I get around
this?
