Is it possible to switch back to the old Internet Explorer 6 skin? I like the
functionablity of IE 7, but dislike the way the browser is setup. Stinks that
you can't seem to customize everything, for ex# moving the address bar?

Look at one of the many IE shells that are out there. I personally have been using Avant for a few years and
love it:
