Express, not Internet Explorer 7.

You can subscribe to Microsoft's news servers directly by using the
msnews.microsoft.com news server. The proper newsgroup correctly is
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general.

have heard of that newsgroup.

can assure you that it's listed on Microsoft's news server.

for me... for some reason a few people here think URLs work like NNTP
URLs instead of working more like mailto: URLs...
