I am having troubles with my browser. My computer (laptop) is connected to
my wireless connection, but Internet Explorer will not browse.
I have contacted my DSL server, and it was proven to not be their problem.
I have contacted Dell, and they ran all tests and found that it is not a
hardware problem and they referred me to Microsoft.
I have contacted Microsoft, and after their tests, they told me that they
cannot do anything because the software version is "OEM".
What can I do to regain my browsing capabilities on my laptop computer that
is clearly connected??
