Internet Explorer 6 SDK

I have been searching for the Internet Explorer 6 SDK (Software Developer
Kit), but if it exists, it is sure hard to find on Microsoft's site. Does
anyone know where this download could be, or even if an SDK exists for IE6?

I don't think I've seen one for IE 6. If it's out there -

There was one for IE 5, but that came out in 1999. I think it's been rolled
into the Windows Platform SDK:
