Internet Explorer 6 "Q" Hotfixes

I am unable to install I.E. hotfixes. Program runs, but
does not write to the registry. Scan show hot fix not
installed. Have anyone encounterd this problem?
 
Try this news group. Be ready to say which hot fix.

Windows Update personnel will be monitoring the
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsupdate
newsgroup for issues.
