Internet Explorer 6 has two minute delay to connect after boot up.

Does anyone know why Internet Explorer needs two minutes
to connect to the internet upon boot up of Windows XP?
This happens everyday. I never experienced this with
Win98.

Try the following and see if it helps.

Clear TIF Files

Tools | Internet Options | At the Temporary Internet Files click on Settings
| View Files tab | Edit | Select All \ click Delete key, then click OK.
Click Clear History.
