this is my question and i need a answer please if you can
help me please email me here is my question on the line
where you enter the internet site address i click the
arrow down and list sites i been too how do i delete
them????? please email me when you have a answer for me

You don't need to delete them. There are only 25 entries possible;
so just enter 25 different things and they will replace whatever it is
that you don't want anybody else to see. ;o

The "different things" actually have to be things which are accessible
but one way to satisfy that constraint is to use the about: "protocol prefix".
E.g. about:1 about:2 etc.


There are ways to empty the list (called the TypedURLs list).
Look for posts by Mike Burgess which refers to that registry name.

Another way which is done at the expense of your History
is to turn off AutoComplete for Web Addresses (via Content tab)
then use the Clear History button. Do the latter from Internet Properties
instead of Internet Options or the open IE windows due to the latter
may cause some things (such as the TypedURLs list) to be saved
when the last IE window is closed. (Internet Properties is the independent
options dialog started via the Internet Options Control Panel applet.
It can also be started by Run... control inetcpl.cpl.)
