internet explorer 6.0 privacy tab missing

first try restore,next see if it is gone in all your
users or just you if just you, you might had a virus like
me or just lost that file.scan for virus if none make a
new users and move all file to that new user to fixs

I tried restore and I have no virus and the privacy tab

doesn't show on any user. Any other suggestions?
