Internet Explorer 6.0 - could not open search page

I have a user that all of the sudden cannot access the
internet. I have checked the settings and all look
right. He gets the standard "cannot display page, cannot
locate domain" but also he gets an error: Internet
Explorer could not open the search page.

Any help would be very appreciated.
