Internet Explore 6.0 Problems

To Whom It May Concern:

I am hoping someone out there can help me with my problem,
to this point in time no one from Bell Sympatico has been
able to solve my problem.

Here is the situation, about 6 months ago I downloaded a
updated version of Internet Explorer 6 and to this poing in
time this is the message I keep getting - Exception
EAccessViolation in module STOOLBAR.DLL at 000076BO Access
violation at address 00EB7B24 in module 'STOOLBAR.DLL'
Read of address FFFFFFFF
then it tells me to push OK.

Could someone out there please tell me what the heck is a
STOOLBAR, and furthermore can someone help me fix this
problem, please I beg of you, Thanks.
