I was messing around with Internet Explorer settings and
I disabled Always prompt before opening a file. Now when
I click on a file to download, Internet Explorer
automaticly starts downloading the file without promting
for a location and doesent tell me how much of the file
has been downloaded. After the download is done it puts
in the IE.Content folder. How do I change it back to
where it asks me do I want to open or save the file?

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools | Folder Options | File Types.
Scroll down to the file type in question and select it.
Click Edit or Advanced, depending on your Windows version.
Check the box for "Confirm open after download".
