Hope someone out there can help me.

I will try to explain this as clearly as I can.

When I am in Internet Explorer surfin' the net, if i click on a link/image that opens another new window (and keeps the original window in background) the new window is alway blank - what is happening here?

I hope this is understandable and that someone can help.
