Thankyou Scott for replying. No IE6 does not show in the
Programs the only indication I have is next to "Start" the
small e is still there but produces nothing but the same
"Failed etc., I use Incredilmail and I had to re-instate
that and had lost all addresses etc. Is it possible for a
novice to take out the files etc., and re-instate a new
copy completely.
