Hello,

I hope someone can help, When I turn my computer on AOL
automatically dials up. If I am working off line, AOL
just keeps trying to dial up????

Hi Bub,

It may not be AOL itself, but something else on the system, see:

Bub;
In addittion to what Rick mentioned. Right click the AOL icon in your
System Tray (next to the clock) and UNCheck any reference to run at startup.

Go into Internet Options [right-click IE icon on the desktop, choose
properties]. On Connections tab, choose "Never Dial a Connection". Click
Ok.

Now AOL will only dial when you explicitly tell it to do so.
