XP USER ACCOUNTS

I currently have two user accounts: My own user account
(administrator account) and a 'Guests' user account.

When I created a dial-up internet connection via Network
Connections I opted to grant access to 'All Users".
However, when I log on as a 'Guest' I can not dial the
internet.

As a guest, I do not see any connections available on the
Connections tab in Internet Properties. Nor do I have
permission to: 'Add' a connection; use the 'Setup'
function; use the New Connection Wizard.

How do I create a dial-up internet connection that can be
used by all users, including 'Guests'?

Guest account, by design cannot connect to internet. [Cannot initialize a RAS connection]. But it can use an already ON cable/dsl/lan or already connected dial-up account using Fast user Switching.

Dial-up connections might terminate while switching users. To prevent that, download:
