internet connection

has anyone had any issues with internet connection since installing W/D???
my computer was fine for a week with it, then i kept losing internet
connection after 2 mins, tried everything but nothing worked till i did a
system restore to day before i installed W/D and now its fine!!!

Did you do a scan after the install, and was anything found and removed?

did do a scan but nothing was found, the problem has returned however so i'm
at a loss. once i removed W/D my connection was fine for 2 days but it has
returned so i may have been a bit hasty with diagnosis.

I'm inclined to not blame Windows Defender here, but then I'm a born
optimist.

So--tell us more--talk about the physical devices--what ISP,
cable/DSL/modem? etc.
