Internet connection

Hi, I'm a little new at this and so I would appreciate any
help.

I am currently running Windows 2000 and I have an aDSL
connection that I have connected to a hub. All of the
connection software is on my computer.

My roommate used to have a windows 200 computer and I
could easily have his computer access the internet through
my computer. He recently upgraded his system to windows XP
and now I cannot figure out why it doesn't work like
before.

I realize that I could upgrade my own system and that
would probably do it, but I'm waiting till I buy a new
computer and I want to get this to work now.

Any suggestions?

On your roommates computer make sure his network settings
are configured correctly. Default gateway should be set to
the IP of your second network card... subnet mask
matches... dhcp enabled if you're running a network
sharing program... etc...
