Internet connection

I am getting the following error "Can't create listen
socket on port 110: Unknown error at pop3proxy.pl line 397
when I boot my machine?
Does anyone know what this mean? I am unable to connect to
the Internet.

This is not a DNS question, but rather appears to be an ActivePerl question.
It may also appear that you have a Proxy or Firewall client installed?

Can you elaborate so we can either answer the question or point you to the
appropriate newsgroup to post this to, to get a helpful qualified response.
