I'm trying to install a Dial-up to the Internet using the Internet
Connection Wizard. Every time I get to the page that tells me to name the
connection, no matter what I type in I get the following error message:

"ATT Internet (or any other name I put in)" is not a valid name. The entry
name must contain at least one character that is not a space and cannot
begin with a period. Choose a different name.

Has anyone else run into this problem? What did you do to fix it?

Thanks,

Alex,

I have the same problem, but I'm away on a trip and unable to try ou
the "solution" that I found on the web at

http://ltyr.net/2000 errors.htm .

I hope this solves it.

If it does work or doesn't work, please tell me.

Thanks in advance.

Greg.
