internet connection sharing

I am using Windows XP and I want to share my internet connection using an
Ethernet ADSL modem router. Both computers have Win XP and they both have
network cards. My problem is the setup process, I do not want to share
files, printers or anything else, just the internet connection, which is
btbroadband. Is it possible to just share the internet connection and if so,
how do I go about doing it. I would be grateful for any help or ideas.

If your ADSL modem router has a built-in Internet sharing capability,
connect both computers to the router's LAN ports.

To prevent sharing files, printers, or anything else, enable XP's
built-in Internet Connection Firewall on both computers' network
connections. Details here:
