Can anyone please tell me how to configure Internet
connection sharing on the slave PC.
Many thanks

What do you mean by slave PC? Like, how would another computer use an
internet connection that is shared by another computer? Use 192.168.0.1 as
your gateway (and DNS server if you do not have internal DNS). Or just
leave your tcp/ip config to DHCP.

Hi Ash,

The following article explains how to set up both the host and client
computers:

Thanks for the info Ray.
There are only two computers networked together. PC1 is
running Windows XP IP address 192.168.0.1 with an ISDN
dial up connection with Internet connection sharing set
up. The other PC is running Windows 2000 IP address
192.168.0.2. Its this PC that I need to set up to use the
ISDN connection on PC1. Hope this makes thing clearer.

Easiest thing is to just set everything to automatic, as for as TCP/IP
configuration goes. But, if you want to configure things manually, it
should be:

IP 192.168.0.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
DNS: 192.168.0.1
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
