Internet Connection Sharing won't work! HELP!

I've Been using ICS on WinXPPro to share my dial up connection with 3 computers: Win98SE, WinMe, and a MacOSX (10.2.8) Powerbook, using a Netgear dual speed 4 port hub and a D-Link wireless router for the Powerbook. All of the cables are plugged into the hub, and one CAT5 cable runs from the hub to the router. I'd been having some problems with the ME thinking it was sharing the connection, but that problem seemed to fix itself. ICS worked great, but now, sometimes the network won't even run. All computers can ping one another. Also, WinXP Pro will use DHCP to assign the powerbook with an address through the router- the router's address is static. Help Please! Family coming tomorrow and they want to check their email

I'm not sure I mentioned that ICS is not working at all and the XP is having trouble even accessing the internet when its connected.....
