Internet Connection Sharing problem

Using xp home edition.
When trying to set up ICS it does not complete... Also
tried manually and get a message saying "file missing"
but not mentioning which file???
The network is a new belkin wireless.

below is part of the nsw.log file
"ICS Failed to Share Wireless Network Connection as a
Private connection.
Adapter Configuration for Home Networking failed."

Please help, thanks
