Internet connection sharing problem

We recently had to reinstall Win 2000 on the main computer
of our small network. It is through this computer that we
share our internet connection. But after reinstallation
we cannot share the internet. In the properties of the
LAN, the tabs for sharing and networking don't even
exist. The only tab in the LAN properties is the General
tab (and yes, I am logged in as the administrator). Any
thoughts on why it will not allow me to share this
internet connection?

The sharing tab does not appear unless you have two network cards or a
network card and a dial-up connection.
