I have a network of two desktop machines and a laptop, all running W2K Pro.
Desktop machine A has a USB modem giving access to Internet over ADSL, and
the connection is shared using ICS. Desktop machine B can access the
Internet via A's ICS. I've set the IP addresses to 192.168.0.1 (A) and .21
(B).
Machine B has a TDK USB Bluetooth dongle, and the laptop an identical one.
I've set up the Bluetooth on B to allow network and Internet access to the
laptop. I've set the IP addresses for the Bluetooth devices to 192.168.1.21
(B) and 192.168.1.10 (laptop) - because I think a different subnet is needed
so that B knows it has to route the packets from laptop to A. And I've
switched on B's ability to route using a registry hack, and enabled the
appropriate services. But it appears that B isn't doing the routing. I can
Ping from the laptop to the Ethernet port on B, but I can't Ping the
Ethernet port on A. Does anyone know what else I need to do?
