Hi,

Am looking for help.

I have got a network that is running Windows 2003 Server and Exchange 2003
Server. We used to have Proxy Server 2.0, but have had some problems with
this on Server 2003.

We only have 15 users so have decided to install XP Pro on a machine and to
share the internet connection and set the DHCP to give this machine's IP
address out as the default gateway.

But when I enable ICS it wants to change the IP Address to 192.168.0.1 which
is not my range.

How can I get it to use my range?

Thanks

Paul

You can't. ICS is simple minded for sharing with maybe one or two
others. and *insists* on 192.168.0.1 (Shame, but there it is)

And BTW XP Pro will support no more than 10 network connections to the
system
