Internet connection problems.

I keep losing my internet connection a little bit after I boot one of my
computers.

My other 3 computers access the net ok and don't lose the connection.

I can ping places from the command prompt but when I try to get my email or
use IE 6 I have no connection. I have tried a new network card same problems.

What could this be?

Please help I have been trying to fix this for over 12 hrs

I would check with your ISP's Tech Support

Why would I check with them when it is not their issue it has something too
do with the os as I have 3 others systems on this internet and they work fine

And the setting on all your systems are the same???
