We need more information to help. assuming you setup ICS on XP, what's the ip on win2k? can it ping the XP?

my xp computer with the ics is 'richard', i used the ipconfig command and is
says the ip of 'richard' is 192.168.0.1 . i ping the computer richard on a
win2k computer but the result turned 'request time out', and reflects that
the ip of richard is 192.168.0.26. i tried to ping again the ics with its ip
address, its alright.
