I have not been able to connect to the internet after upgrading to service pk
3. My laptop and desktop shares the same connection but my desktop keep
displaying the message "cable unplugged" but no cable is unplugged. The techs
@ best buy told us that it was not a hardware issue and that the os was
damaged, I do not trust them. Please help!!! Thanks
