When I start my computer it automatically tries to connect to gainpublishing.com. I have not installed any programs from this company. How can I stop my computer connecting. The funny thing is if I let my computer connect it does not actually take me to their web site page. I just log onto the net.

It is conceivable that software has been installed on your PC without your
knowledge. If possible, install and run one or both of these utilities,
which will detect that software, and give you the option to vanquish it...

Get Ad-aware and spybot search and distroy update each then scan your
