internet causes my computer to restart

when on the internet my computer frequently restarts
itself when im in the middle of a task. driving me
freaken crazy. could use some help. is it a windows
problem or hardware problem?

It could be a video problem, especially if the reboot happens while
you're scrolling through a web page.

Download and install the latest driver program for your video card.

If the problem still occurs, lower the setting for "hardware
acceleration" in your video card's properties.
