Ability to run from a floppy or a USB drive a must.

Secure wipe of cache, cookies, Index.dat, history (typed, auto complete etc..)

FireFox at http://texturizer.net/firefox/index.html should help in that
regard. I think there is a setting or maybe an extention to clear these
things when it exits.
