How can i configure a group policy so my users have
limited access to web browsing only to the sites i
specify? i have over 20 groups and i want to handle them
all with different policies.

if you go here: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=267930

it will tell you a way.... but i think that stops the
browsing of the whole company...

You can't really do this with Group Policy. You can use something like ISA,
or some other Windows-aware firewall/proxy, though. Client policy and
network resource access control are two very different animals.

Note that, in order for this to work, you have to be willing to place the
ISA server in-line, so that it's the only way in and out for your users.
You can't just point them to a proxy and hope they don't figure it out.
