Internet and games problem

I have three computers on network with a cable connection.
When i try to connect 2 computers to the same game e.g.
diablo for instance....cant both go in the same
game.....one goes in, other gets kicked out. I think it's
something to do with the ip considering it is static. And
that the game picks up the same ip and cant have two
people with the same ip in the same game. Thats all i can
think to explain this situation. Does anyone know how to
fix this problem if anyone of you know what i am talking
about.

That's how some games prevent cheating by having multiple players are the
same location playing as "teams" against individuals. Nothing you can do to
get around it, unless you want to take unfair advantage of other players.
I'd check with either the online host or the support site for the game
itself.
