Internet/Admin Connection Problem

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me. I bought a new computer in September last year
and for the past few weeks I have had a strange problem.

I have 3 accounts,2 of which are set up as "admin". When I try to access
the internet with the admin accounts, I keep getting "page not found"
messages. However, if I access the internet using the other account, I
cannot download/install any programs.

This is becoming a PITA and I wonder if anyone can give me any pointers as
to what I can do. I'll gladly provide any more info that anyone might want.

Very often connectivity problems with Windows machines are caused by
viruses and malware. Is your computer clean? If you think so, what did
you use to determine this (names and versions of programs)?

dialup, broadband, ISP, router, etc.
