Internet addresses

I accedentally came across a file that contained all of
the internet places I had ever been to. Of course it was
massive. How do I get to this place again and how do I
delete all of it's contents?
 
have you tried open find window and search for history.
might be something there to jog memory.
post back when you figure this out.
