Unless I have logged on as administrator other account users cannot use

I've got a wireless broadband connection. What I need to know is how can
other users log on to IE without me having to log in as administrator.

They ought to be able to use this connection on their own - are you perhaps
using third party wireless management software?

What happens when they try to use IE? What errors do they get? Is the
wireless connection showing up as 'connected' when they go to Network
Connections and look at the status?
