Internet access for all home accounts

I have a new dell pc and Windows XP set up with 4
accounts for my family. I my account I have set up my
internet and e-mail access. No problem. But the other
three accounts can't get online unless they log on to my
account then access through mine. I tried to set up
access in each of their accounts , but, it said the
internet access already exists and couldn't do it. I also
tried copy to floppy and transfer that way and still no
good. How do I transfer/copy the desktop icons/internet/e-
mail access to the other acounts so they don't have to
log on through my account. Thanks for any help........

There is an option in the 'connection' window to select 'all users' or a
single account only, I believe..
