internal support function error

I am trying to send an email to a group. I switched from
outlook express to microsoft outlook. It worked fine in
outlook express but is not working in microsoft outlook.
Below is the error I am getting.

"an internal support function returned an error"

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
