Internal Server Error Messages- Possible "Time Out" Issue??

I have been trying to access personal account information
located on a secure website. I have been able to log into
the site, but when I choose links such as "View Bill",
etc., I always end up with the following error:

HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error - Microsoft Internet
Explorer

I have contact customer support for the website, but they
have not been able to resolve the issue. The techs have
been able to access my information from their computers
and say that it must be an internal setting preventing me
from viewing the page. Can someone PLEASE help? I've tried
tweaking every setting I know of. Is it possible that it
is "timing out" before the server has had a chance to
respond?
