Internal server error 500

I keep getting this error and I've reinstalled extensions twice.

It says I need extensions or sharepoint.

All I'm trying to do is recalc hyperlinks
 
I started getting the same error 500 last Thurs, Nov,3 . when trying to
recalc hyperlinks. My web host thinks that it is something my side. The only
change I made was to delete a web page and try to recalc hyperlinks. I have
had no luck yet.
 
Ask you host to run a server health check.

Then you need to switch to web host the understand the FP extensions.

I am on MS hosting now. I was with 2 other isps using linux with extensions.
I've never found anyone who is an expert with extensions.
 
Then you just haven't found the correct web host.

I am having the same problem and my SP says they can find no problem thier
end is anyone out there who does understand frontpage all I did was to add a
page to my site
