internal modem problem

i have a internal motorola modem with following
information
1.behind the modem on a paper chit pasted -

a).above bar code - P/N:C1010656-HP156M

b).below bar code - 0124140972

2.on small motorola chip - 62412-51
LRT27307A-0.6
0032
Earlier i had win 98 and my modem was working fine but
after fresh installation of win xp it is not working.
can u help me with that?

Well you can try www.driverguide.com or just replace your
modem they are very cheap these days
