Internal Error....

It installs and everything good but once it gets to the Complete
Upgrading(the last step) it sais Setup causes Internal error any solutions to
this?

Can you boot setup into safe mode and to see if it will finish?
Start the computer, when the Windows Boot Manager is displayed, select
Windows Setup press F8 on your keyboard and setup should continue.
